We’re Alan and Gill Campbell — a husband and wife wedding photography and video duo based in Angus, Scotland. With over 15 years’ experience, we create authentic, creative, and relaxed wedding photos and films that tell the real story of your day. We’re down to earth, fun, easy to work with, and passionate about making you feel completely at ease. Our style blends natural, unobtrusive moments with artistic touches to capture the emotion and atmosphere of your wonderful celebration.

Focused on your story, not perfection.
Your wedding is about your people, the atmosphere, the food, the music, and the feeling of the day. If it’s real and meaningful, we’ll capture it—often without you even noticing. We focus on genuine moments, natural interactions, and the beautiful chaos that makes your day yours. We keep group shots simple and relaxed (and yes, we’ll happily take a few for the mantelpiece), but we won’t turn your celebration into a production line of posed photos. It’s your day to enjoy, not endure. What matters most is the fun, the warmth, and the story unfolding around you.

The team
Partners in life and behind the lens. We capture weddings together, and we genuinely love every wild, emotional, joy-filled minute of it.
I’m Alan: the quiet, creative half of this duo. When I’m not shooting or editing, I’m usually wrapped up in design work, listening to ’90s bands, or talking campervans (I’ve had a few). I’m happiest behind the camera, not in front of it — which works out perfectly.
And I’m Gill: the enthusiastic, occasionally teary one who will definitely hype you up on your wedding day. I’m a Primary Teacher, mum of two, lover of shoes, and always on the hunt for great mac & cheese. Alan opened the door to photography for me, and I dragged him head-first into the world of weddings — best swap ever.
Together, we’re a small but mighty team who adore storytelling and documenting people at their happiest. If you’re up for a relaxed, real, no-awkward-posing kind of experience, we’d love to be part of your day.
